Down In the Harbour

Not such a lovely day today. It started with a nice orange sky but soon became cloudy and a little bit misty.

It's Wideangle Wednesday (hosted by steveng this week) and the theme is 'Favourite Place'.

Well, being down here in St. Ives I'm already in a favourite place without going out but boats and harbours are big favourites. The tide was low and I was able to get down below some of the boats but the tide was coming in fast behind me so I had to keep moving.  took several shots butI like this little gaggle of colourful boats with the Smeaton's Pier and the old light behind them. There was just enough light to give a little bit of reflection to liven things up.
