Nature abstract

I have also backblipped yesterday's Out of favour ...... hope you will have a look ...... thanks to those who already have :-)

The theme for this week's Abstract Thursday is "nature" ...... thanks to Ingeborg for continuing to host :-)

This started as a photo of a dying Globe Thistle (Echinops) flower head ....... as you can probably tell ...... I have faffed with it a bit! Hope you like it :-)

For those interested:  Idid a triple layer of the original ...... then applied an artistic 'Old Master' filter ....... I also added a solarising filter as it looked rather drab ...... then added a frame.


The lovely sunny weather seems to have disappeared again ........ it has been misty & foggy for a couple of days and today it added mizzle into the mix! Not impressed!
