Willow O' The Mist

Light Rain, Light Drizzle, Drizzle and Fog, Fog, Light Rain, Wintry Mix and finally Light Snow set in for the night. I took my choice and made the most of it, fortunately not getting too wet.

The fallen timber makes for quite a messy shot, but the mist helps to soften the scene and aids the impression of depth. I like the willow for its tinge of colour in the otherwise monochromatic winter palette.
