Smoke Haze

Back Blip from Akaroa

At 8am it was 28c ..10am 32c.. 12 midday 36c. Later in the afternoon it reached just over 37c. All I could do was read as I was really feeling the heat. I had a bad headache and I was drinking lots of cool drinks and lots of water.

The hills were smoky for most of the day but late in the afternoon everything seem to turn orange. I think it was coming from the Australians fires.

At midnight it still was in the high 20's. A wind did pick up which did give a bit a air circulating though the house.
