Not a Cloud to be Seen

The weather forecast looked good, but even the forecast was surpassed by this day.  Not a cloud from beginning to end of the day.  A slight mist first thing, which allowed for some lovely atmospheric conditions under the canopy of evergreens in the quaintly named Great Horsenail Slade on Cannock Chase.  I had a lovely walk around the western and northern edges of the Chase, broke 200 miles for the year.  I may have to think about a stretch target at this rate.

Thank you for the responses to yesterday's post about the Blip Meet on Sunday.  Everyone seems keen to continue, despite the weather, even if it is just for coffee, cake and a chat.  Will see you all there at 10:30 am in the cafe, rather than outside (just in case it is raining!).

Day Miles: 12.3 miles       Total Miles: 201.2 miles
