Spot the Difference?

Well, it didn’t take blipper Gillsabroad long to work out something wasn’t quite right when her new Blipfoto mug arrived in the post.  She shared her experience with us and we’re really sorry to hear that things weren’t as expected.  We’re in touch with our suppliers and a new mug will be winging its way to her very soon.

And she will also be able to keep what may soon become a collector’s piece of memorabilia!

Of course, we never like to hear about problems with our shop and especially so soon after its launch.  Even the Directors haven’t been immune to a slight glitch with Annie receiving a t-shirt with a completely different quote (see extra).  Hopefully she likes Italian food!

If you do have a problem with your order you need to take it up with our supplier's support team.  We’re unable to take these up on your behalf, but you can also make us aware so we know whether there are any problems being experienced.  Just contact us via the helpdesk.  We’re assured by our supplier that these are isolated issues and that they are being resolved quickly.

We’re also really chuffed to notice posts with most members that ordered proudly wearing their new t-shirts and being completely satisfied with their purchases.  Thank you.

We’re currently planning our next steps following the feedback we got from our announcement of the shop’s launch, but it’s always great to hear what you think of your new purchases.
