Old Friends

Having spent yesterday lunchtime in Glasgow with a group of former colleagues I did the same again today but this time in Edinburgh. All the people in this photograph worked for the Open University in similar roles and the same faculty but in different office bases:

Milton Keynes

Only one of the people lunching today is still working for the OU. Or really working at all! What a really lovely time we had catching up on each others' news. People had travelled a long way to come to Edinburgh and it was a wonderful few hours together.

I'm on a train now heading for home before the storm arrives and the rugby finishes.
