Swollen River Aire

My head is elsewhere at the moment so my recorder lesson went less than well despite the extra practice I have put in the last couple of weeks.  Ah well, back to it next week.

I arrived home disgruntled and cold but then Tony suggested lunch at Cobbles and Clay and, sweetcorn fritters & avocado later, I was back to rights, thank you Tony!

We've both finished our jigsaws and I really should hoover the living room but I'm loathe to move off the settee.

My blip was taken from the bridge over the River Aire at Saltaire, whilst I was killing time waiting for my lesson.  The river has swollen over its bank here and there is a lake in the adjacent park.  I imagine the cricket field in front of the Club here, is rather soggy.
