Abstract Thursday 242 ICM Tulips

Today the laying of the new crazy paving slabs began and they will look lovely.  Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, most of the drive is rather like the wetter walks in the forest.  The team are careful to leave us a reasonable way through at all times and we a very lucky that holidaying neighbours have invited us to use their drive for our cars while they are away.
SW and coffee with my friend H meant that I had just a while with good light to do something for this week's AT theme of ICM.  I've kept some tulips for several weeks now for photographic purposes and once again today they were put to use.  I more or less got the camera settings right but had to lighten the image a bit.  I also saturated the colour and then couldn't resist  adding a glazed effect in PS Elements...and then a frame in Picasa...and then another filter...but what is AT for if not to faff, right?
