Looking Up

Well things are certainly looking up as far as my health is concerned. I saw the GP this morning and he gave me a clean bill of health, even describing my heart as "good" at one point. Mind that's compared to how it was, not necessarily as compared to anybody else!

We had a chat and he recommended a small change in my medicines......"I'll write it down for you" he said, this is the note.  It's just as well I remembered what he said!
