Roaring

This roaring torrent is usually an attractive little waterfall in the woods. Berry enjoyed the extra splashing; it's great to see her gradually overcome her anxieties about going into water, so much so that she even swam today.

Good to get out and about although the unusual amount of water down our track has really eroded it down in places. And some of the puddles in the lanes are interesting to negotiate.

LH did a long round trip down to Heathrow and back to collect LD and D, home from their holiday in Chile. I can't wait to see and hear all about it.

The very low calorie diet is working well but I'm certainly more tired than usual. I may have to up the intake I think! Yaawwnn!
