Waiting

A planned, routine appointment this morning and I had determined to walk having changed the appointment to half term. I managed to get there and back in the dry but there was a yomp against the wind in one direction. There was no queue and I wasn't in for long at all and I had done 10 000 steps by ten past eleven. I just got in when the rain started.

After lunch, I packed the car up with a mountain of bags that had been sorted for a while ago for the charity shop. Their timings don't make term-time drop offs possible but it is a very straightforward way of getting rid of  lot at once. I also went to collect a delivery and do a supermarket shop on the way home.

And tonight, Bailey and I have treated to our tea by the favourite people back from a trip which did live up to the googling.
