Sunny South End!

South End looked rather benign today for a peedie blink.  However, with the wind somewhat abated it’s shifted round to the west-north-west and Stromness is well sheltered from that airt.

Went through to see my Mum today and sadly it was like the Alan Bennett episode with Thora Hird and a cream cracker under the settee.

Last night our phone got fried by the amazing amount of lightning so everyone’s attempts to try and get me to stop blipping will have to be held in abeyance meantime.

Don’t believe everything you hear about bitumen.
