Widwed: The Pigeon Man

In Plaza Bolivar, the pigeon man looks after the pigeons. To make a little money, he sells nuts to tourists to feed the pigeons. He also protects his birds. Local people know him and bring him damaged pigeons or those that need help - today we watched him gently free one that had been tangled in plastic.
