Nuggets of Fried Pizza

The third session on the Italian Bread Making Course was meant to be on pizza and ciabatta. 

It was not as successful as the first two; many because we could not get the ovens in the school to work properly, which is an essential for a bread making course.

Our tutor, Mariella Bliss, ended up making small nuggets of fried pizza.  These were dangerously good!!!

Don't ask about the ciabatta.
