There are now lots of spring flowers in the garden, but the ones that pop up unexpectedly are a bit special. I spent the afternoon out in the garden before making a leek risotto, which the hungry hoards thought was fab, (half block of feta and dollop of cream cheese helped I am sure).
Sadly Harry is being made redundant again, this time from a job he loves, with a great team of bike enthusiasts.
