Weeping willow

I did my regulation lockdown walk through the grounds of Astley Ainslie Hospital, near my home. I knew the weeping willows there were always early to come into leaf and it was cheering to see them on this first day of lockdown. There were a number of other people with the same idea and it was probably busier than I've generally seen it - but there were no problems keeping to the social distancing rules. It all felt quite odd with people avoiding eye contact and moving out of the way of each other in an exaggerated fashion. My concentration was awful so I didn't attempt any work.
