Day 5

It was a marginally better day today as it wasn’t damp; it was however still cold so no incentive to get out gardening. The fritillaries are just coming out in the garden so today’s blip is the best one. We went to Corstorphine Hill for a walk in the afternoon; it was quieter on the pavements leading to the hill than the hill itself, and everyone was keeping well apart; it is Edinburgh after all so no real change.
