White Tulip

Today’s picture is of a white Tulip growing in one of the tubs by the front door. Tulips do not seem to grow well I our borders, or maybe something eats them. I am not particularly fond of tulips, but these bulbs were reduced so I got ten bubs for £1.  
   
The temperature today was six degrees Celsius at GMT noon; this temperature is overridden as it snowed, for all of a minute, but enough to put a sparkly white strip in my blanket
