Sugarcube and Honeycomb

The names suggest a 1960s pop song, but this is not a happy story.

The two apartment complexes were completed in May 2018 but no-one has moved in. The groundwater on the site was contaminated and the developer did not clean it up before starting work.

Now it’s in limbo pending remediation.
