I didn't sleep last night so was up at 6.30am and showered. Breakfast watching breakfast time and then Jeremy Vine but I fell asleep in the chair watching it.
A chap called Tony delivered my priscriptions from the surgery. Saved me going down to get it
Put some music on this afternoon and waltzed round the house. I started the car and took it g down to the shore where I had a blether to Julian at a distance. He was practicing to ride a bike as he was bored. He has not been out fishing as the Spanish and French markets are closed.
