The remains of the free Tesco flowers from the first "codgers and NHS shopping hour" a week ago - doesn't that all seem such a long time ago - and some daffs from the garden. Thanks for Flower Friday Anni ;) 
A good turnout at 8pm last night in our village - lots of noise made for the front line workers - thank you, thank you, thank you...
I have done some more castlework today - another room given a spring clean - and Roy is out in the garden.  
Later he's going for a run on his own, and I'm going to attempt a foam roller exercise programme - I may have to do it again for Silly Saturday tomorrow ;) 
MadChickenWoman's blip today had a couple of suggestions for a Lockdown Top 10 - any offers folks???
