Warm-hearted to a fault

It was my wife's birthday today, so I very generously let her rise at 0600 to bake the bread for her breakfast in bed :-)  This is a part-wholemeal sourdough with homemade marmalade (January 2019 vintage) in the background.

But I got up as well and washed up from last night, providing the mugs for the morning tea.  My present of a bright terracotta "pashmina" shawl was a risk but it paid off.  Phew!

The Extra is a yellow tulip with a single red strip on one petal.  It was moving in the wind so I thought I did well to get any of it in focus . . .
