Tulip

I planted lots of tulips in autumn and they are all coming through. This one opens out beautifully in the sunshine, it closes at night. 
I watched the mass this morning from Liverpool Cathedral, it was really nice. 
Where was the lovely hot day? It was warm in the sun but it only shined fleetingly. The wind blew non stop and it was cold. 
I did get in the garden and have planted out a few sweet peas, cauliflowers, cabbage and onions. I still have more to plant later this week I don't want to harvest them all at the same time.
