Run

Couch to 5k Week 9 Run1 - 31 minutes, 4.6km.  A little slow today due to lots of other poeple being around and having to stop to cross the street a few times - slightly more complex when CyclopsJnr is with me on his bike than if I'm alone.

Still, fitness is a lot better than it was a few weeks ago...  I think that's especially important at the moment, so I'm trying to eat a little more healthily, drink a bit less alcohol (nothing in 4 weeks - although how long l'll stay alcohol free I'm making no promises - especially since I need to open some wine to make one of the things we have planned for dinner later in the week).
