Nature awakes.

I've been out harvesting Vitamin D.
I managed to prune three Roses, Hydrangea "Annabelle", the ancient Artemisia and saw Queenie hunting a home.
Next foray to the back where I saw a very uncooperative Peacock flutterby which snuck off before I got camera-ed up; should have stayed glued to it.  While tipping some compost onto one of my (Nearly) raised beds; and trying to poke the odd stray dandelion under the plastic sheeting I found wee froggy AND kitchen knife I didn't know I'd lost.  And   NO it wasn't under the plastic.
It all started, as a matter of fact in me taking a shot of the rose almost off camera.  I think it spent a decade or more in a pot, prior to planting; IF I find out how long it's been in its current abode I'll add the info.

The rose I intended to be the Blip I can only Blip-trace back to march '09 which is the month I started; So I can't trace beyond that.
