Dressing Gown Man

I’ve already seen this man on several occasions. He makes a habit of sitting outside my neighbour’s back door, stays for no longer than 30 minutes before moving on to who knows where. This photo was taken at 19:35 as I was about to make a start on preparing my dinner. Why this man has to wear his dressing gown outdoors is a mystery. I should also mention that my neighbour is in the scrap metal trade, hence the mechanised carcass in the background.
