Sunflowers

Headed out for a walk relatively early this morning. I did however have to wait until after Captain Tom Moore completed his 100th lap of his garden! The £15 million he has raised for NHS charities is amazing and inspiring. I genuinely thought of him as I did my 3 mile walk. I had left the hill until the end (never a good idea!) and as I dragged my sorry ass up the slope I thought about the 99 year old Tom doing his laps. What an absolute inspiration to us all.
This was a field of sunflowers near the parish church, now it is a field of dead sunflower seed heads which was beautiful in its own right.
