Sharing

My uncle sent me a surprising email today. Headed 'Poetry Exchange' (really not his thing) I assume he'd received it as a round robin from someone else and had to rack his brains for people to send it to. I complied by sending a poem by Mary Oliver; not the well known 'Wild Geese', which I do love, but one called 'The World I Live In'. It's short and rather speaks to me.

Actually, I'm not a poetry person really but what a nice opportunity to look at the book I indulged in a while back and revisit her lyrical writing about subjects close to my heart. And a nice sharing opportunity when I actually have some time to do it. Thank you, Uncle G :-)
