Butterfly Tree

Another glorious day spent in the garden under cloudless blue skies. I felt a vague urge for starting another iPad painting, and took the camera for a stroll round the garden for some likely subjects, but must admit I was not inspired.

The oak tree across the road has clothed itself with fresh green foliage, which was positively glowing against the blue sky (extra).  So rather than painting, I used the “RollWorld” app as my creative outlet!  This version reminds me of one of the green butterflies I tried to shoot a few weeks ago.
