It was originally the intention to follow Nicky to the allotment in the afternoon after a nice big early-ish morning walk in the morning, but as I was cleaning the oven to try and stop the horrible smell from infecting my bread I found a couple of small holes in the bottom and the persistence of the very foul smell (which hadn't been even slightly present for last night's bread) even after the cleaning.
