Up close

Nice weather and sitting out in the front garden continued. Lounging comfortably and watching the (very little) action on the street is proving very enjoyable. Today saw Carl return to run the mower over the back grass again. Waiting for him, I did some sitting and some weeding and some get-the-coffee-readying.

While sitting, I spotted this tip of one of the grassy plants beside my chair. I took a chance and pointed the iPhone at it, wondering how it would cope with a bit of a close-up. The verdict is in — it coped quite well.
