Sweet potato

Gratitude Project Day 118.

Today I am grateful for the connections that develop randomly over time. The pathologist who took blood today asked how I was going after heart surgery last year. She was the one who had been doing my weekly “warfarin checks” and still remembered me.

Lunch today was delicious. Baked sweet potato topped with Sundried tomato pesto and a little cheese and a salad on the side.
