Flower filter fun...

Please tell me it's not just me who starts to type up their blip and pauses, thinking what the hell can I say that's any different from yesterday?  In another week all I'll be typing is "ditto" each day!

I made lunch while David took Lola out for her walk.  Weather colder and windier and a few episodes of hailstones.  Thankfully they managed to miss those.

This afternoon I finished God-daughter Emily's painting for her birthday but I don't like it.  I used top quality Arches single sheet watercolour paper but don't like the finish so I have sketched it on another sheet of Arches watercolour paper, but this time from a watercolour pad so it's not as heavy duty.  Will see how it looks on that when it's finished.

Steeled myself to watch Boris address the nation.  Oh.  My.  God.  What a car crash that was.  Are we all clear as to what to do? Thank heavens for some clear and concise guidance north of the border.  I don't care what anyone thinks of Nicola Sturgeon, she is giving Boris a masterclass on how to lead, and if you don't agree with me I won't argue with you, because you are wrong.  End off. There. That's you telt!  :-)
