On top again

On top of the Knott two days running. Well, walking would be more accurate.

This time with Mrs. K. Our objective today was to check on three sites where Fly Orchids grow.
We found some but they need another week to ten days to be at their best. And they also desperately need some significant rain. I cannot recall a longer period with little or no rain and none is forecast for the next week. Some trees are beginning to look decidedly unhappy.
