Hat on a Fence Post

Seen while walking Basil this afternoon. Thought it would do well in black and white.

We met up with Daisy and her 'Mum.' Daisy is a true shih'tzu of advanced years. She's 14 and has a cancerous growth along one side of her belly. Yet she trots along, enjoys her walks and sniffing and even deigned to let Basil sniff her. She has a most engaging smile.

I recommended the dog groomer at Osgathorpe because Daisy is, how shal I put it, amassed with hair at the moment. Her 'Mum' was grateful for the recommendation.
