If you go down to woods today

After a steady start to the day and cutting my hair we decided to take a trip out in the sunshine to search out a blip. We headed off to chambers wood and upon arriving in the car park we discovered that lots of other had the same idea. Having found a place to park we headed off to the meadow area and thankfully everyone else must have gone into the woods. We saw about 8 people on  our walk the whole time once we had left the car park  area.  We saw quite a few lovely Marsh  Fritillary butterflies which was what we went to see . I have blipped them the last 4 years but it is always nice to see them. I have gone with this shot of one on the blossom probably not the best of my shots but it is different to past blips of them . I have included a couple of extras one of a silver Y moth and one of 2 Fritillary butterflies not following the social distancing rules.
Back home via Lidl to get a few bits of shopping and a relaxing afternoon and evening. I did pop visit Mum this afternoon and drop off some birdseed for her to feed the wild birds.  Film night this evening once we decide what to watch. Last night we watched a horror film Brahams the boy 2
