Negative space

Homework in a small study group of my photo club:  To explore negative space.  I tried a simple and proven solution.  I copied a standard setup.  Starting with a silhouette of my model head (see today’s extra) I made a copy of the image in PS, flipped the image horizontally and pasted it to the left of the original image.  After some adjusting sideways and cropping, I got this image.
