Birthday Outing

TUESDAY

I had the day off work and started with an 11 km run up to Barkisland and around Norland Moor.

Early afternoon, I headed down the M1 for a rendezvous with Harriet at Stanton-in-Peak in the Derbyshire Dales. I managed a one -to-one socially-distanced 5 km walk around the bronze age site which is dotted with cairns and stone circles. We finished the afternoon sat in separate cars with socially-distanced tea and birthday cake.

An enjoyable day.
