Today was ‘Leptin Tag’ at the end of our Booster fortnight which doesn’t translate as ‘Eat whatever you want Day’ but who’s checking?! So time to tear into croissants, rolls, newly baked bread - basically a carb catch-up. The bread was pretty darned good by the way, despite its dodgy behaviour, but don’t tell Dom.
