Green - Veined White

Got up early - ish so I could weigh myself and send the figure off to my Slimming Consultant. I lost 2 pounds this week.  Then back to bed. Later on I walked down to the village - usual shops - very quiet.  No queues and hardly anyone inside.  Just the way I like it.  Needed to stock up on fruit as I had almost none left.  I go through fruit very quickly and I don't like to buy too much at once as soft fruit especially doesn't seem to last very long.

I took my blip shot in the lane through the allotments on my way home.  I was pleased to finally get a shot of a butterfly.  I can probably count on one hand the number of times that has happened.  I'm never quick enough.  I think this one is is Green Veined White.  Thanks to wrperry for hosting Tiny Tuesday.

Sat outside in the sunshine for a bit and then I had to get ready for the Zoom Slimming World meeting.  We were crowning our Man Of The Year and we had been asked to wear a moustache and " dress as a man " for the occasion.  And also to prepare some syn free food which we would have brought to the group meeting if we had been having a proper one. So I made savoury and fruit skewers.  Savoury were made from ham, tomatoes, and red peppers.  Fruit were pineapple, grapes, strawberries and raspberries.  There were two men to choose from for the award and we voted secretly on our phones.  Matt was the victor. 

I have added two Extras to show what I looked like " as a man " ( Becky said I looked more like a Super Mario Brother ( but that was just accidental ) and also my food.
