Stork's-bill

While many were heading to the coast to spend the day on crowded beaches, Chris, Pete and I spent the Bank Holiday working on a very parched railway sidings, where we saw virtually no other humans for the whole day - certainly no problems with social distancing. The Common Stork's-bill, which often grows on sandy soils, was one of the few plants thriving in the dry conditions.
