Snapped this swan taking off on Airthrey loch and at times like this I regret not using a “proper” SLR camera instead of a smartphone.
 
Today I had a conversation with a bot over a technical problem. It lasted all of 15 seconds.
M wanted to return an item bought online and needed to speak to someone about the return. He waited over an hour on the phone before a real person eventually answered.
Guess which company going to survive in the future?


I have taken to listening to podcasts during my daily walks and today I listened to TED talk by the CEO of PayPal, Dan Schulman on ”The future of capitalism, commerce and cash”.

Briefly we are in for a rough ride into the future as we transition from the physical world to the digital. The coravid-19 virus has simply accelerated changes,  already in the pipeline , like working from home and the cashless society.
