Day 72 - Waimea Estuary

After the wetness of yesterday it was lovely to be able to sit outside in some sunshine and enjoy a coffee and scone with J and B.  Even if we'd wanted to sit indoors we couldn't have as the cafe had shut it's doors to indoor clients and was serving only from a window.  A bit of a spending spree after coffees.......veges from my new go-to vege place, a bells-and-whistles catflap which I now have to find someone to install and a bargain-buy tiered plate for summer afternoon teas.  

A quick bike ride in the late afternoon rounded the day out nicely :)

IN COVID news today, a bit of a milestone day for us as we hit the 14th consecutive day with zero new cases.  We still have one active case.
