TAKING A BREATHER

There were still flocks of swallows and martins feeding along the road at the edge of the cemetery and I noticed some resting on wires outside the houses on the other side. I think the weather was probably better for them in Africa.

When we had our family Zoom meeting we were all wearing jumpers and had the heating on, except sister A2 in Texas of course where it was in the high 80s and expected to go up to over 100 as Tropical Storm Cristobal brushes past them. They won't get the storm, but they expect the temperature spike on the western side of its path. It's not like that in Hartlepool.
