TINY TUESDAY - FLOWER

Often when I take part in the various challenges, I take a shot and then look at the theme, only to find I am way out.  However, today without even looking at the theme, I’ve got it right!

I did like the shot of the bee on a blackberry flower that I have put in as an extra, but Mr. HCB preferred this one, and as he is such a willing model and a good Blip friend to me, I like to let him have his choice sometimes.

I wandered around the garden early this morning before the doctor rang for the pre-arranged telephone consultation, and found several things I could have used - but this beautiful passion flower caught my eye.  A special Blip friend, Angelique, gave us two plants when we stayed with them a few years ago, and both have done really well.  I liked this shot because there is also some pareidolia - and I know another of my Blip friends will see it straightaway, because she is the Queen of Pareidolia!

If you’re not sure what pareidolia means, it’s when you see a face in something that isn’t really a face - if that makes sense.  This looks like someone smiling - or rather with a big cheesy grin - what do you think?

The doctor rang and we had a chat - she wonders, because I am still having spasms and pins and needles down my legs, whether I have a B12 deficiency, so more milk, eggs, fish and meat - if it doesn’t improve in a couple of weeks, then I have to call her and she will arrange for me to have a blood test.

Afterwards, I went out for quite a long walk on my own and am looking forward to seeing our older son, Martyn, this afternoon for a while - we haven’t seen him for a few weeks, so lots to catch up on, although we haven’t done much!

I didn’t actually pick this passionflower, but I did enjoy looking at its beauty.
