Swamp curry: Take II

Never one to take failure well, I sat and harrumphed over why my sagwala was such a bland an ineffectual mush last time round. So I made a few adjustments, and it turned out much better. Admittedly, I still faced the Second of Silence and the Table of Resignation when I served it up (that brief period of adjustment between the asking of the “what is for dinner?” question and the realization it wasn’t what you had hoped for) but seconds were asked for and dispatched.

It still lacks something though: using real spinach instead of frozen was a step in the right direction, and I quadrupled the usual garlic quantity. But it can still take more.
