Rosy blur

Not normally my thing but today’s weather has certainly lent it self to blurry abstract pictures.
I took this through the front room window, in itself an unusual direction for the rain, looking at my front garden roses.

The lower bush is the Grace rose which I blipped a couple of weeks ago. It has been full of flower but the rain is now dashing the petals to the ground. The pink rose behind is Shropshire Lad with its first two blooms open and lots of buda and to the left the Alnwick Rose about to open.

Shropshire lad has a lovely scent but I had to hold up the bloom for the shot in the extra as it was drooping with the rain.

A really miserable day!

Stay safe everyone.
