Sunday cemetery wander

Where better for a Sunday walk than the old graveyard at St. Michaels church in Inveresk. There are so many interesting gravestones and people there ... and I never knew that Euphemia was such a popular names in Victorian times.

By the way, Euphemia  is a Greek female given name, meaning "well-spoken". It is derived from the Ancient Greek words ευ (good) and φημί (to speak). The diminutive Effie is a pet form of Euphemia

I hoe you have had a good day.
