Fuchsia

If you look closely at the stem of this standard fuchsia you can see that it has been around in the garden for many years. It was just an ordinary fuchsia, but he has trained it over time with judicial pruning to get the correct shape.  It is better looked after than me.  It is taken into the warmth of the greenhouse in the winter and brought out into a sunny position on the patio in spring.  It obviously thrives on the care and attention it gets, and he is rewarded with abundant flowers each year.
